1. WARM with cooking water for 1 minute (70-85°C /158-185°F)
2. Allow food to COOL

*Cooking is not required. Allow food to cool before serving. Always ensure that fresh, clean water is available at all times. Alternatively, food can also be consumed directly without following the recommended warming process.
*Retort technology preserves food by packaging each meal in a waterproof and airtight pouch with vacuum-sealing, providing safe and shelf-stable meals without refrigeration or freezing.
*All pouches used are microwave-safe, a safer and healthier option for storing food.
Storage at ambient temperature in a temperate climate in dry, storage away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate any unused portions. Once opened use within 3 days.
I had already purchased the Absolute Holistic Fish, Peas and Duck variety and my dog had liked it, so i purchased the Duck variety to give him some variation, but the duck variety looks and smells exactly the same as the fish and nothing like the image on the box. Its dark in colour and i could not see any duck in it. The box says Duck, Peas and Pumpkin as the descriptor, but looking at the recipe it shows that Sardines are the second ingredient to the duck and so it seems its the same recipe. My dog has now gone off the product and wont eat either the fish or duck and so im left with many sachets of expensive product. I have mailed the help line in US with the batch number, in case it was a boxing error and pictures, as i realise that this is not B2K's responsibility, I had a response saying someone would get back to me but no one has. I would look carefully at the ingredients of each of this brands products before you buy.
