We believe that the speed at which a customer receives an order plays a very important role in how that customer thinks about doing business with us, so at B2K, we have put a lot of focus on making sure our products get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. In order to do that, we warehouse everything that we sell, and unlike most other distributors, we don't make an item available for sale unless it is physically present in our warehouse.

COMPANY HISTORY

2003 - PRESENT

Established in 2003 by the Koh family, the original idea was to import the absolute best selection of pet products to our consumers here in Singapore. Over the past 14 years, the company and aspirations have evolved, and in addition to offering the best and widest selections, we have the goal to be the company that provides the absolute best service -- not just in pet food, but in any category. So here is our vision: We will raise the standard of living for pets in Singapore. People will buy from the company with the best service and the best selections. B2K will be that company.
